Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a bright and motivated attorney, preferably with 1-4 years’ experience, to work in the Litigation department in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. This position will focus primarily on creditors’ rights, title, and bankruptcy litigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Managing deadlines effectively and efficiently
• Preparing pleadings, discovery and responses well in advance of deadlines
• Required to meet minimum number of 155 billable hours per month, or 1,860 hours annually
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising complaints, motions, discovery requests and other documents
• Appearing in court and at depositions

Job Requirements

• 1-4 years’ experience in litigation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Licensed to practice in Georgia with additional licenses preferred in Tennessee, Alabama, and/or Mississippi
